Anyone have pro street or super pro street mufflers by Spintech? How loud are they? Which one is louder? can't find much on the super pro streets, but a friend told me they sound similar to 1 chamber flowmaster, but with a better tone. Thoughts...

Can't help you much, but I remember for a while that these were all the rage amongst the fox body 5.0 crowd and were loud as all hell.

Yea, its hard to find much info on them. I heard a few clips and they sound great. Think the super pro streets are louder than 10 series single chamber flows?

Never heard either, but like I said, most guys were finding that they were WAY too loud to not attract unwanted attention from cars with light bars. I heard one set of spintechs, not sure what series they were, on a friends 306 fully built and blown Mustang, and he cut them off within a week, again, because of noise. I have heard they flow very well, but it seems they might be best for a track-only car. If you find anything out, post it up, as I know others have looked into the Spintech brand before.

Yea, not getting much feedback, oh well i went ahead and bought them online. They should be here a a few days and will put them on. Will let you know how they sound.

i had the prostreets. they were loud but sounded too much like NASCAR, not deep enough.
no experience with the superprostreets.
i would guess that flowmaster 10's or cherry bomb extremes have a deeper tone.

Ok, got them in the mail yesterday and put them on today. Not fitment issues at all, just welded them right in. The mufflers itself arent the prettiest, (cant see them anyway) but they are stout and should last a long time. the sound quality is outstanding!! I like them alot better than my single chambers. the super pro streets also have a deeper tone than the single chambers. Sounds like a beast!!! Now just need some cams
