Well I finally got my sponsorship T-shirts today from the print shop. i think they turned out pretty good. I'm going to throw some into the crowd for our July 1-2 races. The 5 second funny cars are coming that weekend. I've never seen a 5 second car in person before. Should be pretty cool. I think the shirts turned out pretty good. I wasn't actually supposed to get them until next Thursday so i'm happy they're early. Anything else i should put on them for next year? i would like to have seen my 03 cobra wheels on the car but I guess there is only so much they can do. I'm really happy with them. I have a better shot of the back of the shirt but it won't seem to load properly.

, thanks! . I've got an XL or XXL here for you. There are no Friday street races on the July 1-2 weekend. They are doing the qualifying runs for the Funnycars on the Thursday and everything starts at 3:00pm in the afternoon on Friday the July 1 holiday, only cars with slicks can test and tune Thursday. There will be no street class on Friday or Saturday, the only class street cars can enter is Sportsman and that is only being run Saturday. July 1-2 MHDRA Schedule . I'm only racing Saturday night in Sportsman. If you come out to watch come out to my pit and I'll give you a shirt. It kind of sucks us street cars get the shaft but I know they are trying to accomodate the Funnycars. Oh well, we'll see how Saturday goes.

. Ya no kidding. It is brutal around here some nights, especially with the humidity lately. My 1/4 mile times have varied by about 3-4 tenths depending on the day. Friday you'll run awesome, Saturday it will be humid and you'll run way slower. +.4 with the exact same 60' times and a litle slower trap speeds. Crazy. I guess that happens everywhere though. the worst I've seen on my slips was 99% humidity with a corrected altitude of 4900ft .

I have no idea, we didn't go out early this weekend so i don't even know what's left for pitstalls. I'll go for tech at noon today and have to find one. I'll probably be stuck by the far west fence by the competitors entrance. Was it pretty busy out there?

Well I spotted ya but you were in the staging lanes so we'll have to meet later on, sorry bud. And I didn't want to hang around too long cause of the rain at the end of it all. What pisses me off more is you all were racing on street tires :damnit: , and I could've ran a couple of passes for fun as well. Oh well have to wait til end of July to see if I can run a 12.

It was chaos out there! I've never seen so many people. Awesome, Awesome show though. I made it to the quarter finals before the downpour hit, we're racing at 9 am this morning to finish it off. I want that stupid trophy. Sorry I didn't see ya. I was stuck out in the boonies for a pit. Way in the circle jerk section . Car was running really good. Saturday night was the only night the sportsman class ran (can run street tires). It was our points night so they had to let us race eventhough we are the redheaded stepchild of the track. . You had to pay $50 to race in sportsman last night. I can't wait to see your car run . Are all the blower bugs worked out? The next race is July 29th i believe, Friday night street night. We'll have to line up against each other so i can get a good look at the back of your car .

I just finished blowing 400 or so on some autometer gauges, hope to have them in before the end of this coming week . The car runs strong but to be safe I want to know how much boost it is eating so I don't spit out a rod or crack a piston. What do you have to do to find out all the info when a guy can race and if we can use street tires or slicks.

This is the first weekend they have not had a street night. I believe that the September long weekend NHRA event will not have a street night either. All others have Friday street nights. You can run any tire you want on street night. Sportsman class you must have "street" tires meaning dot approved. I can run my nitto drag radials but no slicks are allowed. If you run 13.5 or slower you can enter sportsman. If you run faster you have to run in the pro class. The classes run Saturday nights, and Sunday. Sunday during the day is usually points day and you have to be a member of the MHDRA to run for points.
