What up guys...
So i decided to go the cheap route and put the giggle gas on my 95...which was a tough decision after spinning a rod bearing in the 97 from a 100 shot. Ive spent the past few days playing with timing and fuel pressure... i set up a NOS dry kit with the vacuum/fuel pressure regulator "T" to add fuel. Im still playing with the 75 shot.... but a few friends of mine borrowed their friends 00 or 01 camaro SS with a raptor automatic tranny, 2800 stall, lid, longtubes and full exhaust... So i tell him im not afraid to run em, and they just run their head about a dry shot, blah blah blah. So i scoop up some octane booster (was running 87 for commuting) and went at it from a roll. From a 30mph roll, he did not leave me, nor pull me barely. From 30-110 i started with my bumper on his fender, ended with my bumper on his door. Needless to say I was EXTREMELY surprised with how the stang held up on the small shot. Now, of course they wanted to spank me after that, so we went from a stop and granted, he just spanked me (the car has 315 nittos with lakewood lowers and an auto with a stall) But wow, im going to get my buddy with an 00 Z28 bone stock!! I think with the 100 pills in i woulda got em from the roll. Anyone else notice their 5.0s run like a raped ape on spray??? THis motor hits wayyyy harder than my '97 did and this is just 75!

BTW, the camaro i raced today supposedly 12.80s... i think mainly due to the suspension and auto with a stall and sticky tires.

Yeah that Nitrous is fun stuff. I took over a second off my ET with a 100 dry shot. I have no complaints for the money spent. Also, the difference between the 75 to 100 is HUGE. To me, the 100 shot feels twice as strong as the 75. :nice:

"Anyone else notice their 5.0s run like a raped ape on spray???"

haha, thats what spray does bro

i cant wait till im back in the states and can run my car at the track again now that the nitrous system is working 100%, the revs go so fast and it hits so hard its a hell of a lot of fun.

Is there anyone hear that has had their 93-95 bottom end let go after juicing it?? AFter the issue with my 97 Im paranoid when i go home...but just dont even give a damn while im running it. I think im going to take a few more * timing out and hose it with 100. I swear this motor surprised the hell outta me cause my 97 4.6 did not respond to juice as the 95 5.0 did... feels muuuuch nicer!!! Gotta run later bros

Lowering the timing is a good idea. You may also look into colder plugs and gaping them less than stock. Read up on it some. I know GCOMFX had great results with the Zex 125 shot running 6* timing and colder plugs. He has a websight somewhere with a write up of how he did it.

"The juice, the precious juice..."

Yeah I am running one step colder plugs and they are gapped to .035 as opposed to the stock .052. On the spray I also drop base timing to 8*.

For the E7TE heads, you can use Autolite 24's
In my GT-40 iron heads I use Motorcraft AWSF-22's

Yeah when i put it on i took it for a run and it fell on its face... the juice was blowing the spark out so i regapped my autolite 764s and bumped the FP a little bit. Check this out... didnt have a timing lite and wanted to go hose it sunday nite at the races in NO east... so i just turned the dist. a little... Monday mornin at the shop i put a timing light on it... get this... 2* timing!!!!! So i bumped it back to 10-11 and some octane booster and :nice: Before running it anymore i will put some copper plugs and take some more timing out for the 100 shot. I was just surprised at how just a 75 shot put stock LS1s in my rear view!! My buddy with an 00 6spd is pissed :p
