I havea 91GT with 95 GT tri-bar wheels. I think they're 17x8's. This weekend I am upgrading the rear control arms and was wondering what everyone thought about a spring swap at the same time. I am running the springs that came with the car and at a level stance there is about 1-2 inches between thewheels and the fenders. Right now the only rubbing I have is in extreme turns like when parking. I am pleased with the handling of the car spring-wise, so I am not sure if there is any benefit. On the other hand, I really wouldn't know good from bad at this point as I am a Mustang newbie. Any opinions?
