I own a 2000 GT its my first car it had 118k miles when i first bought it haven't really had any issues besides a power steering leak but around December of 2024 it started knocking. Its not a constant knocking like id expect from a blown engine but car drives just fine and idles fine at around 2 to 2500 rpm it knocks. Its also makes the sound when the clutch is released and rpms start to drop. Anyone know what the sound could be based on the sound? And is it worth fixing?
