Help! I've just installed my engine back into the compartment and it's running really rough. I've checked the firing order and even traced the spark plug wires to ensure that they were in the right place. The new mods I've made to the engine are:

Cobra Intake
E303 cam
255 lph fuel pump
30 lb injectors
FMS timing chain
FMS 1.7 roller rockers
Edlebrock 1.9;1.6 street heads

Can anyone tell me what I should check first? Also, the engine cannot idle and dies when I take my foot off the peddle.

I am a engine builder and it's hard to say what it could be without seeing it myself. Double check everything and make sure the most basic things are right before trying to proceed. And those 30 pounders might be a little big for that combo unless you're planning boost or nitrous. Is the mass air calibrated for those injectors? Just my .02.

Check the Idle Air Bypass Valve, ign timing, TPS, throttle stop screw, of course the MAF meter calibration to the injectors, hate to ask... but is timing chain set degreed correctly?

I've actually forgot to mention my supercharger (Novi 1000) which I have along with a f150 crank pulley. My fuel pressure is set at 40 psi and I am not running the FMU with it. I'm double checking everything...intake, vacuum lines, ground.

Is there any way besides taking off the timing chain cover to verify the cam setting? As far as I remember, the FMS E303 cam was installed "straight up" dot to dot.

My car won't idle below 1500 rpm. I hope it's just something small that I may have missed.
