recently ive been getting a squeaking or moaning in my right wheel when i slow down to a stop. not everytime, but pretty often. also, when slowing down from a high speed, i get a thump thump thump, almost like a low tire. any thoughts on what this could be?

checked the break shoes in the front (where it seems to be coming from) and they look okay.

wheel bearings is a possibility. jack it up and see if you can get the wheel to move top to bottom or side to side, by pushing one side in and the other out.

Dude, wheel bearings could be it. My Venture Van made that same noise when it went out. Wheel Bearings are less than 100 per side counting labor. Plus if it is the bearings, you don't want them to go out all the way. Good Luck

labor? arent they just the little wheely things you gotta pop out when you replace the rotors? you can't do that yourself?
