Squeaking/rubbing sound from camshaft. Need help

I just swapped motors in my car, as my previous one had some issues. I just got this one running, and low and behold, it sounds like one of the cam towers isn’t getting oil. There is a squeaking/ rubbing sound coming from the camshaft area. Do i run it to see if it goes away? I only had it running for probably 30 seconds. The noise scared me. Anyone ever have a problem like this?
