squeaky front end

I have a 2000 GT and the suspension needs some work. When I turn right it makes a horrible squeaking sound that is real annoying. Turning left it makes a slight squeak but not as noticable. Is there some grease fittings or anything that I can shoot grease on to quiet it down until I can take the car apart over the winter? I plan on getting new springs and struts over the winter.

check your balljoints, and the rack & pinion bushings those squeak alot, happen to me that my rack bushings squeaked

My ball joint squeeked a little when i turned the wheel. It split open where the grease is. I used silicon to seal it up and then shot some grease in it with a needle. It's been a year, and it does not squeak yet. It would probably be better to buy a new one though. I just wanted to make sure that's what it was.
