squealing belt

I need help I have got a problem with my charging system or somthing. Car worked fine for years now when the idle surges the belt seueals or when you start it it is bad until the volts hit mid guage then if you put a load on it as is fan or headlights it will start.

I have tried two diffrent pully setups with belts as tight as you can get with a tensnioner using shorter belts tried a 100 amp alternator and a new regular alternator. I am ready to give up.

The car only has the alt water pump and crank pulley

ANY IDEAS HOW TO STOP THE SQUEAL

make sure all bearings are good and to see if it is the belt put some soap on the belt the bar kind and not to much will go away for a little

That was tough to follow.

If you think your alternator is making noise, have it load tested. Generally a bad alt bearing will make more noise under severe load.

Initial noise upon starting the car is often a lack of pulley alignment.
