Hey Larry, what was the problem when you had your oil leak? Was it the o-ring between the cooler and block?

There was 3 o-rings in mine. I changed 2 of them, third one (on the shaft) wasn't in the hayes manual or on the computer at the dealership , so I had to reuse it. I have no idea which one screwed up.

I thought those were supposed to be well built motors. Is there a actual recall or is this just BS?

It's actually looking like BS right now. There is 1, I say again 1 documented crank failure on the forums right now. The only reason that one failed is because a ford dealership WAAAAAY over torqued the crank bolt. I don't know where it is coming from. I think the guy that posted that is a chevy guy trying to stir the pot.

Putting gas in the stang today and the prices were changed while I ws pumping!!! WTF is going on with the prices lately. They are slow creeping up to post Katrina prices.. Premium will hit $3 a gallon soon...
