I just ordered a off road Mac H-Pipe W/ long tubes and was about to order the flowmaster 40's cat-back for it. I have listened to about every clip out there eventhough its hard to get the full effect from a sound clip the flowmaster 40's sounded great and they have been the most recomened. I did not put the order in yet because while i was looking for it i ran accrost what sound like a realy good price on a cat-back from Stainless Steel Systems. The mufflers look like glass packs and the add said low restriction mufflers. I like it because it is all stainless and being from wisconsin and driving this 50mi one way to work in the winter months i dont want anthing thats going to rust right away. I gess what im asking has anyone heard anything about SSS, am i going to get what i pay for?, and would the less restrictive mufflers mak my car sound like a rice burner?

Never heard of SSS. I would only go stainless on the tips, not the whole system unless you plan on showing this car at car shows and you plan on putting mirrors under the car when you show it.

Ive had flowmasters on every mustang I have owned. If you go flowmaster, get the Super 40's. And flowmasters have a wierd way of getting louder with age.

Good Luck!

The SSS system I wondered the same, but I would imagine that it will sound somewhat like Magnapacks, SLP Loudmouths, and the Borla Stingers for they have a similiar design.
