Stability Control??

I took my 2006 GT auto on a pursuit course today. It has a Brenspeed tune, exhaust, and cold air intake. I had a full tank of super and I turned the traction control "off". As I was running hard around the course (power slides, etc), I could feel what felt like a Stabilty control kicking in. I didn't think these cars had stability control. How the hell do I turn it off?

The current S-197 does not have electronic stability control as a matter of fact ? the Mustang will not be equipped with it until mid to late 2009...if you indeed had your traction control turned off ? perhaps what you felt kick in was the limited slip axle lok..

It felt like the electronic throttle could not keep up with the inputs. I have no problem driving the same course in my Viper without issues.
