Stage 2 Comp Cams and emmision testing?

I've had these cams sitting in boxes since March but have been leary about the OBDII emissions in Milwaukee, WI - anyone with experience with this issue?

I asked the same question and got very few responses. One of the people I've talked to that really knows a lot about cams, especially with the 4.6L, advised me that I would almost certainly fail emissions here in NY if I went with after-market performance cams. He is lucky enough to "know somebody" that can get his car to pass.
