Stall converter on kenne bell?

I have a naturally aspirated 306, and I will be getting a kenne Bell before the end of the year and edge told me to use a 3000 stall on both set ups. That seems high for a supercharger. Just wondering what you think. And what you guys are using. thanks
 
I have a question about having a stall converter..doesn't daily driving get annoying? I mean the fact that you dont really go anywhere till 2800 or so. Or does it only slip when you apply the brakes? Does it slip under normal driving?
