Stalled and then no start

Hey guys. Want to pick your brains. Had to pull my 87 GT out of the garage for a little bit today. While backing down driveway, I stalled her, 5 speed. When I went to restart she just cranked. And cranked, and cranked. I’ve owned her since the 90’s, car has NEVER done that. Then I cranked her with foot to floor like she had a carburetor and was flooded, and she fired right back up. Started 3 more times right after that with no issue. What do you think happened?

Poor fuel, weak fuel pump, weak spark, just guesses though

Mine did that and it was the pip sensor. Pull codes, mine had the pip sensor code. fixed it with a reman. distributor. also check other items listed above.

Dump codes sticky

Look at the top of the 5.0 Tech forum where the sticky threads are posted. One of them is how to dump the computer codes. Codes may be present even if the CEL (Check Engine Light) isn’t on. You don’t need a code reader or scanner – all you need is a paper clip, or if your lady friend has a hair pin, that will do the job.
