stalling

ok if my car site for more than 2 hours it will crank up and run fine but any period less than that it will crank up rpms go up then down then it will stall at and sometimes whenever i downshift and stop at a redlight it will cut off on me. Someone told me that it could be my ignition module.

It might be the idle air control motor, it is mounted on the throttle body. Mine was doing something similar and I replaced it and it fixed it. Anytime I would stop or let off the clutch it would die, and the idle would go up and down. You might check that it is like $40-60 depending where you go
