mornin folks. Been havin a heck of a time with the stang.
Well, heres the problem, I posted awile back about the car runnin
rough at times. Well i borrowed a code reder from a buddy of mine,
and got all the fault codes. Well, first time i did it i got codes
334-egr closed valve voltage high, and 173-HEGO sensor fault/rich
So i replaced the egr sensor and the O2 sensor. Those 2 codes went away. Still the car was doing the same thing, idling rough with no power...on and off. erased all the codes and did it again, now getting 332-insuffiecient egr flow detected and 223 distribitorless ignition system/ loss of dual plug inhibit (DPI)control, so i then replaced the whole egr valve...still gettin same codes. And i also repleced one of the ignition coils back in the winter cause the car wasnt startin when it got below 0 degrees. Would the 223 code be referring to the other coil? And what the heck is up with the EGR.
Oh and the car is a 91, Any help would be great.
