A good tune is definatly important. I killed 2 sets of head gaskets and the last one decided it need company so it took the bearings too. Turbos are fun as crap and I love mine, but resist the boost temtation untill you get a tune.
I havent really done anything special yet so I havent posted on TMS.com about my buildup. I'm getting ticked off about my drivers side header and not fitting! I'm going to get it done tonight if it means staying up until 5:00am to do it. Heres the hole I cut out of my fender on the pass side. I used a sheet cutter(?) and that thing is badass! makes cutting it so easy, no sparks flying around anywhere, straight cut, easy to do corners....
