He actually had a way that was like " Wow, that is stupid simple, why didn't I think of that?'' we will be doing it soon and I will post pics of the cutting up of the existing seat.

whats the plan for a motor?

The end plan is another 331 stroker with twin turbos that i will fab myself. I have enough parts i could make the stock motor be descent NA for temporary til the turbo is done.

with those mini tubs and your other notch being in the 500hp range, i would want a motor that would put down at least 1k to the rear wheels. Its not like your going to DD the car.

Believe me, we both ask that question every other day.

Well things are arriving, like new carpet

Trunk lid...

And wheels, for good and for bad. Turns out the OE wheels only come in 9'' or 10'' and 9'' fronts will not fit with an aftermarket k-member and coil overs, soooo they will have to be narrowed if we are gonna use em. The gunmetal looks awesome with the dk. charcoal accent color we are using

pic's just don't do them justice they are beautiful, and it is a very hard descion to not use them.

The guy that is buffing for us is gonna paint the tricky stuff for us, like center of hood matte dk. charcoal with the LX symbol showing through in body color. Like the vinyl decal is on the 4-eyed Gt's. and subltle flames under the hood, which has knda turned into our trademark. the flames are so sweet, it is tempting to use them in another way as well, we'll see, need more thought on that. We have a much greater appreciation now for people that do bodywork for an occupation. Seems like we've been on this for a year, but finally the bodywork is done and the paint is nearly done. Here's some pics...
