I know this might seem a little crazy...but...

some where along the build of my fastback I have lost the two starter bolts that hold that starter to the bellhousing. Does anyone know what size these are?

I am running a late model mini starter (holes are no threaded so no issue there) and it is bolting into a T5 bellhousing.

I hope someone knows because I want to start this sucker up!

Thanks everyone!

Do not use generic hardware store bolts for that. The original bolts had special undersized hex heads, with integral washers, to assure you could get a wrench or socket onto them. They are pretty cheap, and you can order them from any Mustang supplier. Glazier/Nolan calls the 64-67 smallblock starter bolts G24022.

Hi,
I agree with the others, get the correct bolts. However, I know you can't wait to fire it up and get going. So, buy grade "8" bolts and use star washers. I haven't seen mine in a long time, but the size should not be hard to determine.
Good Luck!
