Ok so i've got a 98 mustang, and when it gets cold it doesn't want to start or do anything, turning over is sluggish, driving is sluggish and its just slow. also if i leave it outside and its a cold night it won't start at all not even trys, so i guess the question is does anybody else have this problem or is something wrong? i put a brand new battery in it last year when it started doin this so im not sure if that had anything to do with it?
