I just odered my spec stage 2 clutch. I also orderd the Steeda Quick Release Clutch Quadrant, can I use the quandrant without a pedal ajuster?? Aslo has anyone used it before and how do they like it?

Good luck with the Spec - their quality is hit or miss, and not much in between.
You can certainly use the quick release quad without a pedal adjuster, but I'd recommend the firewall adjuster.
There isn't much difference between the blue 2 hook quad and the quick release. The ramp is a bit steeper, but not much. I have both, the 2 hook installed on the 01, the red one in a box. Tried both, difference was minimal, so I went with the 2 pickup just in case the other pickup was needed.

Would I have any problems if I dont use the firewall adjuster??? And for some strange reason I have my faith in spec.. I hear alot of good stuff about them and how durable there clutches are.

No, it's no problem without the firewall adjuster...you'll just have to adjust at the clutch fork rather than under the hood. See, for me, I found the best way to adjust it is by making the larger adjustments at the clutch fork, then fine tuning it at the firewall.
Spec does make a quality product, no doubt...durable as hell. I just question their QA (We had a bad Spec2 'experience').
Best of Luck!

Would I be better off leaving the Steeda Quick Release Clutch Quadrant out and leaving the stock one in??? Or will I be ok if I just swap them leaving the stock cable and such??? I need to know 2nite so I can call my machanic 2morrow and tell him what to do.
