i was thinking of getting a timing adjuster for my 02gt but can someone tell me how you adjust the timing with these.from pictures i've seen, they don't look like they are difficult to install.i only want to bump it up to 13 or 14 degrees and hope it runs good with 91 or 92 octane.any info regarding this would be welcomed.thanks!

Have you checked out the stickies in this subforum yet?

If not, there are some great tips in there about timing adjusters.

I believe with the steeda adjuster, there are allen head screws you loosen, then turn the adjuster to where you want it set, then re-tighten the allen head bolts and you're set. Somebody should chime in....

yep...allan wrench...takes all of about 2 minutes to adjust...and it only takes that long because you have to maneuver around the hot water radiator pipe on the top...if the car is cold, takes about 20 seconds...very easy to do!

Yep what he said. Also the hardest part is the light cranks of the engine to get the timing marks around to the top where you can see them. might be two-three in andout of the car. But other then that VERY EASY!
