So i bought a steering column on ebay with the ignition stuff on it and for some reason it is different than my 87 column and ignition. They are both tilt and the guy said it was for an 87-89. The differences are that the steering wheel bolt is a nut that screws onto the main shaft while the other one that was on my 87 is a bolt that screws into the column. The ignition cylinder is also very different. They are structured different and I cannot get this one connecter on my original ignition cylinder. Is it possible that this is a different column and ignition like for a 90-93? and that it will not work on my 87? Does anyone have a pic of the ignition cylinder all together. There is this one wire that has a connector thing on the end that goes into the ignition cylinder. I can find out how it works on my 87.
