sticky brakes

I have a 1990 5.0 the brakes sticks just the front I have to manualy lift the brake pedal with my foot to unstick them. The front starts to shake(warping rotors:stupid: ) from the brakes sticking it stops as soon as I lift the brake pedal any help would be great

If the pushrod that actuates the master cylinder is adjusted out too long, the brakes will always have some pressure on them. It would cause them to drag.

If only one wheel seems to be affected, replace the brake hose for that wheel. The rubber hoses will often leak between the inner and outer hose layers. The trapped fluid can cause a check valve effect that stops the proper return of fluid to the master cylinder.
