stock exhaust manifolds on 98-99 gts??

i got a quick question for all you guys, i have a 98 gt motor in my car which used to be a 99 v6, anyways i baught a bbk x pipe for a 99+ gt not thinking and now it wont seal up to the driver side exhaust manifold worth a crap, so i got a set of stock 99-03 gt manifolds and i was wondering if i just put the driver side manifold on if the difference in design would hurt me any? or if it would be alright?

I dunno what the 99+ look like...

I've nver seen the 99+ manifolds, but if they are at all different from 96-98 manifolds, why not play it safe and replace both instead of only one side? If you're gonna go through the trouble might as well do it 100%.
