Is it just me, or are those stock '05 GT wheels the ugliest things since '94-'98 V6 wheels?...

I dont like the stock painted wheels either. Try the upgrade or buy some after market rims

I dont know if they are the worst but they are bad. The tri-bars on the 94+ cars were pretty awful.

I liked those wheels better than the pony wheels they had later.

I agree with you and the new V6 wheels do look better than the premium gt wheels IMO. I still think the Bullitt wheels look the best ... that's what I would put on mine.

you are seriously blind,, or you own an older model, and trying to justify still owning it.

I don't care for the GT wheels either, they look boring IMHO.
The rest of the car is awesome however .

its you, if anything the upgrade GT wheels are hideous. the stock GT wheels are basically torque thrusts. a timeless classic.

Yeah the torque thrusts (bullitt style) are the best mustang factory wheel offered for the 05, I dont know why anyone would pay extra for the "upgrade".

Yeah, i'm not too crazy about the upgrade wheels myself. Sure they are a nice looking wheel, but they don't belong on a Mustang in my opinion. They do however look similar to the '97 CObra wheels i have in my avatar (the wheels i have on my 5.0)

I like the V6 wheels for once

I think the bullitt wheels that are standard look better then the upgrade even though i think the '01-04 bullitt wheel looks better than the '05 Bullitt wheel.

I don't think I have come across a positive post from you yet, oh wait you were posting nice to the neon guy... so why is it that you are hanging in an 05 fourm if you dislike this modle year so much? Why aren't you hanging out in the fourm for your car?

i disagree, bullitts look like ass and they are EVERYWHERE. I'd bring in a set of rims and have the dealers take off the bullitts (with a reduction in price of course. if they let me )

i've said it before, and i'll say it again. the upgraded wheels look just like Focus wheels.

I would go with the dealer installed chrome bullitts with spinners...
