Stock GT40 heads + TFS I cam = which valvesprings/retainers?

Like the title says

The recommended valvesprings from TFS are only rated to a .542 lift, which is what the cam will be with my stock 1.7 rockers.

I know Ford Racing makes springs, and Crane has a set..but they never list how much lift they can take until coil bind

So which ones will i need

i found out the ford racing ones are rated to a .560 lift, and they are only $75 imma get those and the retainers to match

also i have a parts list for anyone wanting to know what they are from summmit...

my order so far is right at $633 for everything to do a cam swap. i also have that list on a screen shot for anyone that might wanna see it
