Stock Springs and Cams?

CMS stage 1 cams , no issues so far.... 20k Kilometers , i think they are abit too soft to hurt anything , once you get them tuned and throw some long tubes , you cant even hear them idle but you would pick up some nice oomph , hope this helps.

The stock springs are fine for a stage 1 cam; some stage 2 cams are even okay with stock springs. Its when you start getting into the higher RPM levels that you want to consider changing your springs. The reason you want stiffer springs for higher RPM applications is to prevent valve float. Valve float is when the engine, or cams to be more accurate is spinning so fast that the valve doesn't even have time to close before the lobe comes around to open it up again. This is bad. Very bad. Unless your getting your car tuned and moving the stock rev limiter up, I wouldn't worry about it, HOWEVER, if you have the cash to do it, save yourself time, and worry and just replace them now. Its cheap insurance. You also have to be careful when selecting your springs, too stiff of a spring and you lookin at buying the seats too, too high seat pressure can cause problems as well.

i would just recommend 6k because at 6k+ you aren't making any more power.

You will be fine. I have HiTech Stage II cams and still use stock springs. As long as you don't go up past 6,300 RPM you will be ok.
