Stock springs with edelbrock performer heads?

Will the stock springs work with the performer aluminum heads? I just bought a set off a friend and he installed a set of new springs that are basically the stock springs. Also i will be using crane 1.7 rockers that I plan on using with the trick flow stage one cam. I am going to have to use the stock intake unitl i can get a better one. and yes i know it suffocate the power but i am cheap.

stock springs will not be strong enough for a TFS 1 cam along with 1.7 rockers. you'll get valve float around 5500 rpm get some decent double springs in there and be done with it.. they only run $125 for a good set
