Installed my new 17 x 9 Bullitt rims (manufactured by Detroit Wheels, purchased at Jegs for $129 each) along with 275/40/17 Nitto DRs.
Stock 17 x 8 Bullitt rim with stock 245/45/17 Goodyears that have 24,000 miles on them - 44 lbs.
17 x 9 rim and Nitto 275/40/17 - 48 lbs
Not nearly as much of a difference as I was expecting. However, I'm told that even this small of an amount (4lbs) can have a noticeable effect - something to do with rotational mass.
By the way, if anyone is looking to get aftermarket 17 x 9 bullitts to go with / match their stock 17 x 9 bullitts, I think these are the ones you want. It's not a perfect match, but it's extremely close and I doubt you could even tell unless you were looking for it. I am very satisfied with the look of these rims/tires!
