I got my street edge converter installed and I am happy with it. The rpms shoot straight up to 3k when you give it enough gas. If you did not know, you probably could not tell it is installed. The car is much faster, I got up to 70mph really fast.

One reason I bought this was I thought my old converter was bad. I kept on getting 14mpg and below. Before the street edge installed I got 14.1mpg. That was 2/5 hwy and 3/5 city.

After install I got 19.3mpg, 1/2hwy/city. :nice: That was getting on it pretty good too.

edit: This is tech because I am certain i fixed my gas mileage.

Awesome! I want one myself, I just can't seem to ever come up with the money to buy one. Every time I'm close I blow it on something else. Anyways, I was wondering how big of a difference this made in mid RPM's at cruising speeds. I know there is a definite difference launcing from a stop, but what about punching it when you are doing about 30 mph or so? Can you notice it when the tranny kicks down (compared to the stock converter)? Also, how's your wheelspin from a launch now? Sorry for all of the questions, just curious.:nice:

I noticed a difference in the mid range. My 2nd gear pulls a lot harder and at a 20 roll the tires will break free. From a dead stop at about a little more than half throttle the tires will let go. I love it :hail2:
