I think I have a stripped lug nut bolt. I tighted all the other ones, but when I turn this one it still has some torque to it when I turn, but it makes that sound like a screech sound everytime I turn. I dont want to keep turning it so much and then it will just come off and strip. Should I keep turning it and maybe it will get tighter? Is it hard to install your own new stud?

If it is striped it won't matter if you tighten it more, you'll just strip it further. But if its striped anyway, I'd go ahead and tighten it to drive it to a shop to replace the stud.
You can replace it yourself if you can press the stud in place, but a decent shop could do this in a few minutes and shouldn't charge too much. You could take your own stud to make sure they put the correct one in.
Tire rack striped one of my studs and sent it next door to a Kwik Lube that they owned and they replaced the stud.

U should be able to drive even if that bolt wasnt tightened at all. I lost my special locking nut in an accident and i havent even replaced it yet. I j/ realized that now that you mentioned it. As long as the other ones are tight and the wheel doesnt move u should make it to the shop. Dont take my word for it though.
While working on my brakes I dropped the old rotor right on two studs and smashed the threads. They were unsalvagable.
I (stupidly) drove around on 3 lugs (i had no freakin choice) and went and picked up 2 more at autozone for a buck a piece.
To replace them, take out the two bolts that hold the brake caliper bracket to the axle, and remove the rotor. Then use a hammer to slam out the old ones. The new ones should slide right in with ease. Reinstall the rotor and caliper assembly, and put the wheel back on.
It's really simple.
