Strut dust boot / mount with UPR CC plates?

I just swapped out my stock struts for Tokico HP Blues and am having trouble figuring out what to do about the dust boots.

I am not reusing the factory strut mounts as they were worn and caused a creaking sound in the top of the strut tower when turning.

I have UPR 4-bolt caster/camber plates, not the stock units.

Is there an aftermarket strut dust boot that will fit this strut? It is my understanding that the Tokico HP has a built in bump stop and the factory units are not necessary.

I ended up using the stock bump stop to fix the popping noise. The UPR plates do not come with a bump stop and it is necessary to use the OEM unit.
