Strut tower brace, 96 -v- 01

I am wanting to buy a strut tower brace, I found one from a guy in here, but his is a 96 GT, whereas mine is a 01 GT, will it fit or not. Thanks.

My Kenny Brown strut brace that I had was listed as a '96-'03 brace when I bought it.

depends on the manufacturer of the brace and the brace design itself...

mine is listed as 1999-2000 and they were right... it didn't fit for about an inch off my oil cap...

i think i am going to cut that thing to put my brace on

a stb is useless, its worse than buying a cai for our cars. its just for looks

I had to remove my STB to install my CAI because it was too tall to fit under the brace
