strut tower braces

Are you sure that they are not refering to the bottom G load brace or lower cross member brace? It compliments the strut tower brace. 2 point or 4 point though, not 3.
2 point strut tower braces are for ricer cars, you need
to support the shock towers to firewall that's why 3 point, not 2. :D

the two point wouldnt be better because its not anchoring the struts to anything. its just adding another pivot point. the three point strut tower brace anchors the struts to the firewall and keeps them from flexing. thats just how i understand it

You understand it correctly, and that's the idea. You don't want a two point, it only fixes one of the two dimensions of flex the Fox strut towers suffer from. Four point is best. Some three point (closed triangle) braces have been proven to rip the firewall under hard cornering over time. The four point brace attatching at the pinchweld on the firewall (it's strongest point) are the best design.

Most definately is! PLus it allows for more room int he engine bay, and talk about ease of installation, you have to drill less holes, and don't have to remove the cowl/wipers or anything. I have the Maximum Motorsports brace. Top notch quality and fitment :nice:

With a car like mine I think you can only mount it on the firewall
so you can only have one style choice. If there are others I have yet to see them. Yes the pinch mount ones are ideal.
