Stuck T5 Need Help

Hi I need some help I have a 92 GT I put a t5 and a new clutch in got it all bolted up and noticed the throw out was backwards so I tried to take it apart I have all the bolts out of the trans to bell and bell to block and it seems to be stuck any suggestions??

Try pushing the clutch in while sliding the t-5 out of the bellhousing.

I want to measure mine. It doesn't look that tall.

Did you tighten the bolts to pull the transmission up the to the block?
I second pushing in the clutch to help free things.
