Styling ideas for my yellow 95!!!

Wassup everyone. I just purchased my Canary Yellow 95 GT last tuesday. Although I would consider it to be in excellent condition for a 12 year car, it does neded a few updates. First & foremost I am lowering it soon on H&R ss's, bilstein's, & MM c/c plates. Then after that I am looking to replace the yellowed stock headlights ( which I always hated anyway), for some Cobra ones. I always liked the Cobra headlamps & have installed theses as my first mod on my previos 2 SN95's, but then I saw these smoked headlamp/sidemarker/foglight kits on ebay that look kinda nice, but im unsure. What do u guys think???

I do plan on getting some black wheels with a polished lip eventually, & I think the smoked headlamps would look pretty sweet with the black wheels, black bumper inserts, & maybe some black bezeled tailamps.... Im sorry to say that I prefer the 96-98 tailamps better than the 94-95.

BTW. have u guys seen the new deep dish 03 Cobra wheels that are coming out soon, I am looking into those wheels since I already have FR500's on my mach, & bullits are too common now....Anyway, let me know what u guys think....thanks

wow thats a real nice car man... i havent seen the DD 03 cobras, but im interested now! i think the whole black theme ur gonna go for will look great... search for my thread to get an idea of the whole dark accent theme i got goin on, people around my way give me compliments ALL the time for it... definitely tint out that bad boy!

I have a buddy who has a chrome yellow 98 GT, he has smoked headlights and the stock charcoal bullitts and I LOVE the way it looks. Nice, simply, classy.

Everyone (I think) hates the 94/95 tail lights at first but they look so sexy at night and they let people know you don't have a gay non-p.i. motor. I say keep the tails. As for DD 03 Cobras, I haven't seen those. I know they make 03 cobras in 17x10.5 but they aren't DD.

I have those headlights and they are top notch quality.

As far as the tail lights, either leave them stock, get some '94-95 Saleen bezels for them, or (worst choice) get '96 + lights.

As far as the DD Cobras, never seen them. Post a pic if you can find one.

i would def. get some black wheels, 94-95 tails with a black bezel, smoked headlights, and get a chin spoiler. there is a guy around my house with a yellow sn95 and a chin spoiler and it just looks nasty.

Just ordered the wheels today (black dd 03 Cobras). $980 shipped for 17x9 & 10.5 with 275/315 Sumitomos mounted & balanced. Killer deal imo & I got the 1st set in Cali. It should be lowered b4 I put the wheels on & they will be at my doorstep by friday. I cant wait

After that Im gonna get some new headlights & save up som more $$$ so I can start making this thing faster & louder....Thanks 4 the input fellas!!!!

Keep in mind smoked will cut down on visibility, either then that they look great on any color. I'm pretty sure they are illegal everywhere but I have yet to hear (or get myself) a ticket or hassled for them. Good find man it looks real clean. As for the tail lights well I like driving with my 5.0 pride tails but you can fool plenty of 99+ drivers who think you have a non pi 4.6 then whoop them with a modded 5.0 (unless you run into a blown 4.6 then you need to come correct).

im a big fan of the ROH DRIFT R wheels or the steeda ultratlites (18X9 original version).

those new cobra wheels look nice too though
