I'd still buy MM over KB.
Does MM even offer a matrix brace or jacking rails? I like their subs though.

No, they don't. However, I could jack the car up on my MM FLSFC without any problems. In fact, I think KB is the only company that offers something like a "matrix brace" (I could be mistaken).
If companies like Griggs and MM, who consistently win AI and other competitions, didn't feel the need for such a brace, then I would think that the part is more a gimmick than a necessity. Griggs and MM only offer subframe connectors and no such other bracing.
Furthermore, unless the KB website is down, they don't offer any other parts other than a CC kit, strut tower brace, and brake duct kit. I tried clicking on "rear suspension" in the 94-04 section with no results. Their old PHB (can't see if they re-designed it) used to mount to the spare tire well, which was a poor design.
Overall, I felt more confident buying an MM part when I had the mustang, as I knew that everything was properly designed, and was easily upgradable in the future. Meaning, one could start with SFCs, then move on to springs/struts or C/O's, then to PHB, and to T/A if necessary without a doubt that everything would work as designed and promised.
I think Saleen had GW make them for them...saleen used to make a similar one - the tri-ladder subframe brace - it makes sense 'cause it spreads the support over more than just a metal 2x4...anyway, I have the KB's on the way
