Ur combo up top looks fine. A would do forged pistons or have the stock ones flycut to allow for the larger head and cam if needed.
The TFS TW 185 cnc's heads from Summit r awesome heads, and the Comp Cam XE274HR w/ a 112LC is a great off the shelf cam. I would go with the RPM ll intake port matched.
My old 347 stroker w/ ported AFR 185's, Comp Cam XE282HR, ported Downs lower put down 400/400 @ the RW, NA on 10.3:1 comp. Then he flycut the pistons, reduced the comp to 9.75:1 and threw on 10lbs of boost and hits 500rwhp. He has had it as high as 611/630 but that was one time.
Stock 302 roller blocks r typically good to 500rwhp. My friend owns a dyno shop and typically sees them at 500rwhp with no problem. It's when it u get to 520/540 that u r pushing the block limits.
