sunroof drains

There are also 2 in the front i beleive...4 total. The two front ones run down the a-pillars and drain into the little black "tab" right behind the front tires where the cowl drains to.

It's just standard tubing, should be able to match it up at Home Depot.

A blow gun and an air compressor does a good job of clearing blocked tubes. You may not even need to replace them. Part of my routine maintainence includes regularly blowing the drain tubes out.
