Well my sunvisor lights don't work nor do my lumbar supports on my seat...

What could be wrong?

A fuse? A relay? What do you electrically smart people think

JT (Hissin50) might be good at this one

Bad bulbs ? I had to disconnect the wiring going into my sunvisor lamps. The sunvisors are worn out and won't keep the buttons compressed so the lamps were staying on all the time. Any chance someone disconected yours ?

On the lumbar, I guess you could check the wiring with a meter and see if 12V is making to the seat or not.

Lumbar seats are on a 20A CB on the starter solenoid. (Black/White tracer)
Vanity mirror lights are fed by a LG/Y wire which powers the glove box lamp, map light and dome lamp also. All are powered off fuse 8.

5spd - If it's not fuse 8 as stated above, unscrew the sunvisor brackets from the headliner and lower the sunvisors (the wiring will have a small amount of slack). There will be a connector there that resides up in the headliner, make sure it hasn't become disconnected. While you're at that connector check for 12 volts while it's apart (it should be hot all the time).

You should be able to do basically the same thing for the lumbar air pump motor.

I just joined a group. We call ourselves M.A.D. Mustangers Against Dynos. Your electrical problem stems from too many dyno pulls.

David, I cant hold a candle to JB with the wiring stuff. Noting the common power pathways (that he already did) would have been my best shot.

All of the suggestions sound good to me. My vert does not have vanity lights (If it did, it would be easier to apply make up. Oops wrong forum) so I cant help there. And I never messed with the lumbar dealie.

Sorry David.

BTW, the vanity lights do not have a separate ground wire. They are grounded by the screws holding them to the body. Check to make sure they're not too rusty to make contact. And yes, the wire connected to them should have constant battery voltage.
