super 44's stock cat, header, dumps off the muffler???

Well IMHO Mac's sound like crap...Managflow is way to quiet.SLP sucks.. Pypes sounds like your running no exhaust...Borla is ok i guess...Spintech is up there next to flows in sounding nice..So what other exhaust is really out there??

while magnaflow are quiet at idle and until 2k, after 2k they scream. go to the exhaust sticky and listen to sspcoupes clip. they are also up on the list for hp numbers

A shop here in NJ did a back to back test on all mufflers...for HP comparsions..The New super 44's make more HP then the older 40's plus they have a better torque range now..yes i agree the older flows are that great for HP but the NEW super
44's are thats the way im going Had magnaflows on previous cars didnt like them sorry...

on a side note: this girl i've been seeing, her dad just went to the dealership and bought a 2009 Corvette ZR1.... its fast as ****! and sounds amazing and looks amazing

Do you want a sound clip of my car at idle? its stock except for an Off road H-pipe,,and stock 2-1/4 inch Tailpipes so if you dump them it will be louder...too

Opinions get shot down left and right. Go out and run the super 44s, it's an exhaust, when you have a job it will be the EASIEST change to make. Some guys have had 15 set ups on, some guys dont care...

Here is a clip mine are the older 40 series...The super 44's will be even louder then mine...And if you run dumps it will even be louder...lol...

cenok is family: Funny you run spintechs, and have a similar combo with similar power to mine. Although I did see a loss in power from them, there were other things changed that could have caused this.

that sucks, what'd you change from? i LLLOOOVVEE the way they sound though! i need to get some tails hooked up to them though, i've been looking at the 3" flowmaster tails. what's your exhaust setup again?

I FINALLY FOUND A JOB! so now i can afford to put stuff on it. but for now i went and got some 45* dumps to dump it off the muffler. but i have a date tonight thats loves the sound of loud cars so i might just dump it off of the cats for now

I did post, my GT it is stock with just a set of older 40 series flows cut into the stock tails and an Off road H-pipe stock headers....If he goes with the new super 44's it will be louder then mine and sound deeper...And im sorry but i have had almost every brand muffler co out there and my Mac set up sounded Bad..maybe i got a set of crappy mufflers i heard that they went down in quality maybe thats why mine didnt sound good..Mac at the time wasnt even making there off road H-pipe they were on back order i got lucky to find a store that had one in stock..I just like flowmasters better on the mustang....

ok well i went and got a set of black straight pipes and took the 45* tips back because i decided i wont want to run dumps off of my super 44's when i get them. it might sound crazy but the pipes do sound a little deeper and louder. ill post pics tomorrow. it definitely looks so much better

Cool make sure to post sound clips...before and after i really want to hear the super 44's im getting them but not till after winter...

I had the same headers, a prochamber and a Mac catback, and switched to an X pipe and dumped spintechs. Car made 272/316 with the Mac stuff and 258/295 with the spintech and X. I also did the wheels, tires, brakes etc... and it was different days.
