I have a friend with a 90 GT. He runs a Procharger with an intercooler and is having a small problem. The car runs good till you hammer it or down shift and hammer it. It wants to spit and sputter or cutting out should I say. It doesn't do it if you ease into the throttle. Only when you put the hammer down. Thanks Guys.

way too hard to diagnose without seeing it up close and personal. I'll guess it's starving for fuel. Not enough fuel, not enough fuel pressure, maybe the pump is going bad. Something along those lines.

Get it dyno tuned and make sure its got an adequate fuel system, thats all I can tell you. I had weird problems like that and once I got it dyno tuned it all went away and ran like a champ, much more power, and also the main reason is to make sure its not running lean!
