My freakin' car keeps irritating me. Some days are perfect, some are a pain in the booty-hole. My car just has its moments when it wants to die. I can be sitting still at a red light or hallin' gr'ass' and once I press the clutch in or put it in neutral.... it dies....or it just surges.

I've tested everything I can think of:

Timing: 12'
TPS: .99
The salt and pepper things are clean

what else can I do? I know my fuel pump is fine....what gives?

I ran a code test on it and got codes:

32 = EGR (already replaced the sensor and cyliniod)
44 = Thermactor Air Controll
94 = Thermactor Air Controll

Thanks for your help in advance,

Try cleaning the IAC with tb or carb cleaner and clean the egr valve. Clean them out when the car is warmed up.

wow...most of the time i've heard of this happening, it's w/ an aftermarket cam. In those instances, some people have had luck using the Idle Air Bypass spacer plate (like $20 and isn't a Ford Part). You can get them from ebay I know. Maybe Yount or someone will see this and help you further. Maybe you've got a vacuum leak somewhere?
