suspension setup

i heard back from MM today. and as i expected, they suggested the R&T package AND a torque arm. i'm not convinced i need to go that route so i started pricing together a few of their parts.

1) springs/shocks.......$600 (just a guess since i don't know yet what combination to go with)
2) caster/camber plates $200
3) strut tower brace $140
4) sub-frames $150

about $1100 for those 4 items........

then beyond that, i don't know yet how many different little bushings and things i'll need. i now most of them will need to be replaced. i had some urethane pieces put in there about 10 years ago so i may end replacing them as well. this is getting $$$$$ :jaw: :D

after reading the description of what it does, it definitely sounds like it would be money well spent. my only problem is the amount of time the car is going to spend on a track may not justify the part. is it something that will be noticeable on regular street driving?

now i'm up to roughlyl $1500

do a starter box then. all you need is strut tower brace, subframe connectors, k member brace, shocks struts, springs, replace the front control arm bushings, upper control arm bushings, and get a simple set of lower control arms and you should be pretty good.
