Swap '94 engine into '89 engine bay???

One for one swap - a 302 block is the same, no matter what year it was made. The mounting holes for everything will be in the right places. The electronics are a different story. You will need a 89 engine wiring harness, TFI module & distributor. The intake manifold will need the crook elblow removed to clear the hood. You will need a 86-93 EGR spacer to mate the TB to the manifold. There are some other small differences, but I can't remember them at this time.

The timing cover and accessory spread is different, but I dont know why this swap would require any moving of stuff (the SN accessories appear to be a little lower and wider, to me. Should work in a fox though). It is even easier if you did a fox intake conversion already.

Good luck.

Oh yeah, one of the SN guys asked this same thing on the SN side a month or so ago (or was it you? I thought it was someone with a '95 with a 347 wanting to install the goods in a fox). That person might have more info about little stuff for the swap.

A search on the PIH retrofit might help with wire chasing/converting, depending upon how you choose to pursue it.
Good luck.
