Iu Need Some Info Ppl.. I Want To Swap A 5.0 In A 2000+mustang Vert.

Anyone Have Any Information Or Opinios On This??

Their Was A Red 2000 Stang From X2c Motorsprts With A 5.0. He Was Running Low 9's With A Stock 5 Speed Tranny. I Think They Went Bankrupt..so Theirs No More Info. Itd Be Nice For Some Help!!!

X2C made some pretty nice cars...That red car strated out as a v6 and they put a pushrod 5.0 based motor in it...(Me thinks it was bigger) They also had a 76 mm turbo on it with a highly modified tremec (Grabbed all five gears when it went 8.9X True the car went high 8's low 9's at LACR (I am assuming you are in the palmdale area, as am I), but that was a full on race car. If you really want to swap it in a new edge car you'll need a harness and motor and computer (Obviously), the 5.0 k member, better springs, etc. If you use a v6 model as the base car you'll need a new rear end 8.8 or 9 inch, and rims to go with it. There are alot of other little things too, but it would definately be bad a55!


X2C also had a 94/95 car with a huge blower on it that did first and second gear wheelies but I am pretty sure they crashed it.
