swaping all fox to a 95 cobra

alright guys i need some input here. i currently have a 89 hatch, and i have recently bought a 95 cobra with no motor and tranny. now my question i, what kind of things am i going to run into when swapping all my stuff from my fox to the cobra. i really dont see much difference in the set-ups, but then agian thats why i am askin yall.....

The motor in my car was originally from my old 87 gt, I just used the 94-95 front accessories, and used the originaly bellhousing for the 95. But that was just the engine, I think I've heard that the tranny won't fit w/out some modification, but don't know what that is. (input shaft maybe?) The intake requires an adapter, or you could keep your fox t/b setup, but there are parts that need to be changed over, once again, not to familiar with that either.

you have to use all the 94-95 accessories you will need the elbow for the intake or do a fox tb conversion you can use the fox tranny but you will need the fox body crossmember since the tranny is 5/8 shorter than the 94-95 tranny that should be pretty much it

With the shorter tranny dont you need a 5/8 spacer also?
